Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping within the U.S. All U.S. orders ship via UPS Ground within 3 days and typically arrive within 5 days. If you need your order sooner, rush delivery options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

We also offer free international shipping. Standard international orders typically arrive within 7–14 days.

For custom pieces and pre-order items, please allow up to 3 weeks for shipping, unless otherwise notified due to high demand or material delays.

We do not offer free return labels at this time. 

Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, and 14 days to request an exchange. We do not offer free return labels at this time. 

All refunds are subject to a 3% restocking fee on the value of what you are returning.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages.  However, we will do our best to help rectify any situation we can. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) can not be returned. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
