Description
Hand-pinched English porcelain large plate with painted botanicals.
All plates are hand-cut, pinched and shaped like a sculptural piece. Once formed they are slowly dried to prevent warping, then are sponged to refine the form. when dry they spend 24 hours in the kiln in a bisque fire at 1800 degrees f. after cooling and removal from the bisque fire, the pieces are gently hand sanded and sponge bathed. the art is approached in a painterly manner. Careful mark-making balances the playful intention behind each work of art. the base is hand signed, the piece is glazed and then fired in a glaze fire for another 24 hours at 2300 degrees f. a third firing occurs after an application of the 22k gold bijoux detail. The period of time from start to finish for one plate is about 1 month in the making.
Hand-washing is recommended for your future heirloom.

Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping within the U.S. All U.S. orders ship via UPS Ground within 3 days and typically arrive within 5 days. If you need your order sooner, rush delivery options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
We also offer free international shipping. Standard international orders typically arrive within 7–14 days.
For custom pieces and pre-order items, please allow up to 3 weeks for shipping, unless otherwise notified due to high demand or material delays.
We do not offer free return labels at this time.
Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, and 14 days to request an exchange. We do not offer free return labels at this time.
All refunds are subject to a 3% restocking fee on the value of what you are returning.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you must contact us at support@prochestudio.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to help rectify any situation we can.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) can not be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Email us at support@prochestudio.com to request your exchange. Include your order number, and the size and/or items you wish to exchange for. Should the items be available, we will process your exchange and your new item will only be shipped once the exchange item arrives at our studio. Our exchange window is 14 days, your exchange means we will waive our 3% restocking fee.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds are processed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
